My work “Connected” was on exhibit in Monroe in my first juried art show. The Monroe Township Cultural Arts Commission show organizers were professional and respectful. The Commission provides concerts and educational opportunities as well as this show.
This was a great opportunity to have my work displayed and meet and speak with other artists, critics and the general public. I will definitely participate in more shows going forward and will write about them.
The atmosphere was relaxed and open. On opening day, there was a harpist (who did not want her name known) and snacks (fruit, cheese etc.). I felt honored to be chosen for the show and my work displayed with other local artists.
